This page sets forth the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service (also referred to as Terms and Conditions) that apply to the SecureLink website at secure-link.io and www.secure-link.io operated by Rubix Technology LLC (“Rubix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

During the interest phase, this website collects visitor-form data (name, work email, company, and message) for business inquiries. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Informal Nature of Website Content

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or rights you have under a signed written agreement that expressly provides otherwise.
8. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Rubix Technology LLC from and against claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
